The Zero to Three Foundation (officially: ZERO TO THREE: National Center for Infants, Toddlers and Families) is a charitable, non-profit based in Washington, DC.

Its mission is to "support the healthy development and well-being of infants, toddlers and their families." It aims to "advance its mission by informing, educating and supporting adults who influence the lives of infants and toddlers."

The organization publishes a journal and published an alternative to the DSM IV for diagnosis, Diagnostic Classifications: 0-3. 1994. ISBN: 0-943657-32-6.
