Vitamin therapy is a [physical treatment]] approach to the treatment of various mental and Physical disorders. Where the levels of vitimins are greatly in excess of recommended dietary allowance (RDA) it is more generally known as megavitamin therapy. The provision of vitamins at normal levels is of proven benefit in the case of vitamin deficiency disorders and as a general aid to nutrition is helpful in the proper functioning of body and brain.
