Thanks for putting up the pages. Just a few points to keep you right. The first is that the style for capitals is only capitalise the first word in a phrase eceptif there are proper nouns (names etc).
The second point only became clearer once you did your pages. Because self esteem comes up in other areas the links in the specialties need to be prefixed with something to keep it clear. so I changed the links for the time being to take the form eg 'Elderly:self esteem' and where appropriate to bring in other identifiers eg 'Successful aging:self esteem' to keep the concepts seperate. Once it settles down the links can be hidden so it would read 'Self esteem' and the context would carry people through.
