Treatment foster care is foster care provided for a specific therapetic reasons in a placement with fosterparents specially trained in a particular approach. It is particularly appropriate for children with conduct disorders, prone to juvenile delinquency or who act out in ways that make them unsuitable for the usual type of placement.
