The Temporal-occipital-parietal junction is the area where the temporal, occipital, and parietal lobes meet to exchange information.

Problems[]

The same electromagnetic signals are used in the neurons in these three lobes, so the correct exchange of information relies on the different transmissions. Failure can result in synesthesia.
