This is Fuzzform from Wikipedia. I object, though not strongly, to the the use of real names as a supposed cultural norm. Very few people on Wikipedia use their real names, and that site is after all, the wiki.

Yes he's right, this is NOT a cultural norm on wikis at all. We need to make it clear that this is something we are trying on the Psychology Wiki. Tom Michael Mostly Zen Baby tao (talk) 11:11, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Meatball:UseRealNames. Wiki:RealNamesPlease. So it is a cultural norm on some wikis. I doubt that anything on the list now (other than possibly Do not vandalize wikis) is a cultural norm on all wikis. --Kernigh 01:33, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
