This doesn't conform to APA DictionaryEdit

This seems like what the APA Dictionary calls "affect display". Is the APA dictionary not an authoritative source? Affect is defined as the experience of emotion (phenomenological), not the physiology. I'm not sure that what the APA is philosophically sound, but I think we're in trouble trying to deviate from it without a lot of support. 66.65.188.89 00:24, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

You make a good point. Would you care to develop the material to reflect these distinctions. At this initial stage of proceedings we are using the wikipedia material as placeholders until they can be scrutinized in the light of our professional knowledgebase.
