Species Dysphoria is similar to gender dysphoria in that the person believes they were born into the wrong body. However, instead of gender, the afflicted person believes they were born as the wrong species, gennerally a non-human animal. It is not the same as clinical lycanthropy as most species-dysphoric individuals do not "shift", as they are "trapped".
