Screening in health settings[]

Health screening is an important process enabling resourses to be targetted on the people who need it most. Screening in educational settings[]

In educational psychology screening is important to ensure accurate educational placement. Educational measurement using educational psychology tests, particularly education admission tests, helps in this process.


Screening in personnel psychology[]

In personnel selection job applicant screening is an initial stage of the process identifying the more suitable candidates for interview. Drug usage screening and other health screening measures are also used in some settings.
