Psychological autopsy is a psychological report developed after someones death, usually following suicide or suspicious circumstances. Generally the autopsy is produced by forensic psychologists after examination of evidence from the deceased (eg suicide note) and interviews with relatives, collegues neighbours etc. and produced in evidence in coroners court.
