The Posttraumatic Stress Diagnostic Scale (PDS) is a self-report assessments for Posttraumatic stress disorder that meets the criteria of the DSM-IV. It asks of the patients experience with trauma, when it happened, what type of trauma it was, the duration of the trauma and also asks about the presence and severity of the PTSD symptoms
