The physical self care of therapists is an important element in helping us to maximise our fitness to work, and to withstand the particular physical and emotional challenges of the job.


Being generally a sedentary occupation there are potential long term health problems to be avoided. Establishing a sound regime of regular exercise is important in helping to minimize weight gain, cardiovascular disorders etc.
