Peter G. Ossorio is an American psychologist who developed Descriptive psychology ("DP") is primarily a conceptual framework for the science of psychology. He created in its original form at the University of Colorado at Boulder in the mid-1960s [1][2], the approach has had a broad impact on the discipline.
