Permissive parenting is a high tendancy for the parents to permit behaviors of their children. This form of parenting is least effective on the reward and punishment aspects of the child's brain, thus these behavior regulators are reinforced through stimuli outside of the parental guidance with a much greater influence proportional to the parent's high tendancy toward permissive behavior.
