Because terms like self esteem come up in other areas the links in the specialties need to be prefixed with something to keep it clear. so I changed the links need to take the form eg 'Elderly:self esteem' and where appropriate to bring in other identifiers eg 'Successful aging:self esteem' to keep the concepts seperate. Once it settles down the links can be hidden so it would read 'Self esteem' and the context would carry people through
