Open Publication License (but not OPL) is a license used for creating free and open publications created by the Open Content Project. The license is generally focused at academics, however some artists have found it suitable to their tastes. The OPL is now largely defunct, and its creator suggests that new projects not use it. Alternatives include the Creative Commons licenses, the GNU Free Documentation License and the Free Art License.
Even though easily shortened with OPL, this is not same license as Open Content License.
The full text of the license can be found here.
