Male orgasmic disorder (also called orgasmic impotence, ejaculatory impotence) [1] is a diagnosis in DSM-IV. It is a sexual disorder characterised by a persistent or recurrent delay in achieving orgasm despite the presence of normal sexual desire and sexual stimulation, to a degree which causes significant distress or difficulties in intimate relationships.

It is not diagnosed if the condition results from drug or existing medical conditions.
