Lynne Angus PhD, C. Psych. Senior Scholar, Professor Emerita is a Clinical Psychologist, and was a Full Professor at York University Department of Psychology in Toronto Canada, prior to her retirement two years ago. She has co-authored or edited 4 books and published over 100 research articles addressing the contributions of metaphor, autobiographical memory narrative and emotion-focussed meaning making to treatment outcomes for clients undergoing psychotherapy interventions for depression, anxiety and complex trauma. She is is a former president of the Society for Psychotherapy Research and past president of the North American Chapter, Society for Psychotherapy Research
