John D. Krumboltz is an American psychologist who has made an important contribution in the field of occupational and vocational guidance.

He helped in the development of the field of psychopedagogy through his DECIDES program.


In 2002 he received the APA's Award for Distinguished Professional Contributions to Applied Research
