The International Union of Psychological Science was founded in 1951 and currently has membership representing 70 countries.
On their webpage they list their main activities to include: sponsoring international and regional Congresses, organizing publications, developing research and documentation resources, and participating in major international organizations such as the International Social Science Council (ISSC), the International Science Council (ICSU), UNESCO, the UN and WHO to represent psychology and to encourage the involvement of psychology and psychologists in global programs.
