Health attitudes, the attitudes towards health issues, and includes for example the view of drug usage, obesity and physical illness (attitudes toward) physical illness and mental ilness. In general terms, widely held attitudes help shape societies care of the the sick and in the particular individual case underpin peoples health behaviorand to some extent their illness behavior.
