Galvanic Vestibular Stimulation, is basically electric messages that are sent to a nerve in the ear that maintains balance. A person or persons can manipulate this technology for either military purposes or for commercial purposes. The technology is being applied in ATSUGI, Japan, as well as a number of other research institutions around the world. It is being investigated for a variety of applications: biomedical, pilot training and entertainment.
