More accurate impression of Haidinger's brush

(Note: If the brightness on your monitor is too high this will look like a blank screen. This has nothing to do with your eyes-- everyone should be able to see the brush in picture with a properly adjusted monitor.)

This image is intended to give a more accurate impression of the appearance of Haidinger's brush than Haidingers-brush03. It is a combination of haidinger-brush.jpg, a screen shot of the Wikipedia main page, and Photoshop manipulation. The combination and manipulation were made by Daniel P. B. Smith, 2005. It is derived entirely from GFDL-licensed material and the new combination is released under GFDL by Daniel P. B. Smith.
