I wonder why we have different schools of existential psychotherapy with different appproaches. British school of existential psychotherapy is anti-techniques, non-directional and not directless either. Why dont other schools adopt this principle. This is more flexible so psychotherapist from any part of the ward can integrate better in any society and practice.
