The European Depression in Diabetes Research Consortium '''EDID''' is a multidisciplinary group of European scientists who, under the auspices of the Psychosocial Aspects of Diabetes study group (PSAD) of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD), set up to enhance the understanding and knowledge of one of the most prevalent and costly mental health problems associated with diabetes, namely clinical depression.
