A dream journal is a journal in which one writes down his or her dream experiences. A dream journal may be only a record of nightly dreams, or it may also include personal reflections and waking dream experiences. It is often used in the study of dreams, which is present in various disciplines, such as psychology. The Dream Journal is also part of the spiritual exercises of the religion of Eckankar.
