Men suffer more frequently from Alcoholism, which may bea sign of underlaying depression.

There is a significantly higher risk of suicide in young men compared to women of the same age. It seems that men are more likely to be successful in suicide atttempts than women, as there are fewer depressed men in any age group than women.
