David C. Berliner is an educational psychologist and professor of education at Arizona State University.
Berliner recieved a Doctorate of Education from Stanford University [1].
He has authored more than 150 articles, books and chapters in the fields of educational psychology and educational policy, including the best-seller The Manufactured Crisis (co-authored with B. J. Biddle) and the textbook Educational Psychology (co-authored with N. L. Gage).
Berliner is a past president of the American Educational Research Association.
