Social Processes: Methodology · Types of test
The Continuous Performance Task, or (CPT), is a psychological test that consists of a series of stimuli. The subject is instructed to watch or listen for a particular stimuli and respond when they sense it. A common variant, the "2-back task", instructs them to give the stimuli two previous to the target.
