The Cognitive Assessment System has been developed over a number of decades by Jack Naglieri, based on the theories of Soviet neuropsychologist A.R. Luria.
Unlike traditional intelligence tests the CAS helps teachers choose interventions for children with learning problems, identifies children with learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder and fairly assesses children from diverse backgrounds.
