Is West Virginia a seperate state? It looked like the odd one out to me . Is there a reason for it being there?Dr Joe Kiff - User:Lifeartist (talk) 09:01, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, West Virginia is a separate state.I think Washington D.C. (District of Columbia) is the "odd one out" that you're referring to. It's the U.S.A.'s capital but separate from the other states. (It's a bit of a weird arrangement!) D.C. has some universities, as well. Jason Bessey - Jaywin (talk) 14:25, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
