Aniracetam (Draganon®, Sarpul®) is a nootropic (or "smart drug"). It is one of the racetams and is fat soluble. Use of this nootropic is popular in Japan. It has possible cognition enhancing effects. It has been tested in animals extensively, and in Alzheimer's patients, but has not been tested in healthy, unimpaired humans.
