The American Psychological Foundation (APF) provides financial support for innovative research and programs that enhance the power of psychology to elevate the human condition and advance human potential.

Since 1953, the American Psychological Foundation has supported innovative research, scholarships and projects for students and early career psychologists. APF's work is supported through donation, particularly from psychologists psychologists from around the world.

APF gives scholarships, dissertation funding, research support, travel grants, and fellowships to launch careers for graduate students dedicated to the discipline. Student support ranges from $300 for travel support to $25,000 for fellowships.
