Abasiophilia is the paraphilia involving sexual attraction to people with walking disabilities, such as people wearing leg braces, plaster or fibreglass orthopedic casts, or people in wheelchairs. The etymology is from the Greek language abasios, meaning "lameness".
It is classed as a form of disability fetishism which starts in early childhood usually long before puberty is reached.
