Upward feedback should be seen as  using the unusual in an attempt to improve performance.It could be described as a process which encourages surbodinates to take the bold step in the critical assessmment of their superivors' performance.The human resource Managers should perfect the process such that surbodinates could carryout the appraisals without fear of repriasals from the appraisees.
